Continuing the 2500 year old tradition of still life painting that was started by the Greek artists Zeuxis and Parrhasios, we will dive into observational creativity and connect with the past. In my workshop you will feel the exhilaration of creating something from nothing! You will improve your observational skills and release your creative potential in color and light! 

This still life painting workshop is for art enthusiasts, who wish to go deeper than just look at beautiful objects in museums. All levels are welcome. From beginner to advanced. In my studio, which is located in the central, trendy Kolonaki district, we will explore in acrylic paint, beautiful arrangements of archaic objects once used by Athenians of the deep past. You will learn basic techniques in acrylic painting including color mixing, brushwork and composition. We will be painting on small, light weight wood panels just like the Ancient Greek artists did in Hellenistic times. Best of all, you will be able to take your painting home with you!
